We had 18 people at our first gathering, 45 at our second, and our third one is by popular request going to be held in the evening to include people who work full time.

I’m absolutely thrilled that the delightful Sharon Keenan is going to be co-hosting and facilitating Holistic Connections 3 with me.  A combination of her energy and mine… well… I feel sure sparks will fly, hearts will open wider and spirits will soar!!!

Wow… just the thought of it!!

Plus, we will have the Art House in Southampton to ourselves which will allow us more privacy for meditation and sharing.

At the time I was grieving for the sudden loss of a dear friend and at the same time I was grieving for the loss of my own life, in terms of living the life that I’d wanted to live.   I was experiencing a pain at the back of my head and I was carrying a heavy burden on my chest that was preventing me from breathing properly.  In fewer words I was depressed, disoriented and completely lost. And then Kathryn with her magical hands ‘fixed’ it all. I know it’ s hard to believe but as soon as she placed her hand at the back of my head without touching it, an incredible warmth started to spread all over. At the same time her other hand was placed closely to my chest and immediately I felt all my internal organs moving downwards. Actually, I couldn’t believe that all these things were happening to me.

Then the session has come to an end, I was feeling happier and lighter than ever. All the discomfort was long gone and the pain as well. The very first thing that my partner said when he saw me, without knowing a thing, was: You look so different, so happy. Has something happened? Lol. Yes Kathryn happened. A few days after I got my dream job, applying for an assistant position and eventually getting hired as senior member of the staff!!! I don’t mean to imply that Kathryn got me the job, but that the power to change our lives lies beneath in each and everyone one of us and yes, Kathryn has the gift to reactivate that changing, onwards and upwards power and to take all the pain away.

Kathryn, I am sincerely grateful to you and to whoever worked on the plan for us to meet.

P.S. I might start inventing pains and griefs as an excuse to experience more sessions. Or, even better we could have some ‘maintainance’ sessions.

Had to move mountains to get there as hit blizzards of snow on the way up and had to drive at 2mph not able to see the side of the road passed abandoned cars and thought car would get stuck or skid off the road so many times also got lost so journey took 8 hours… Anyway I said to workshop participants in Saturday ‘ if I can move this many mountains to get here, you guys better be ready to move some mountains today!!!’ And they were, right from the start!

I specialise in helping people who are fed up with trying to ‘get rid’ of their issue, and are finally ready to see it might have a value and deeper purpose to being there that they want to discover. 

 I’m not here to bring you out of it, but bring you INTO it, whatever it is, so that IT can be heard, understood and allowed to transform in whatever way it wants or needs to. 

My work is to take you under the label, to connect you up to the energy, messages, symbols, language,and love that lie at the core of what’s making you suffer.  This is where your power lies and by unlocking these blocks of energy, listening to them, watching them, allowing them to be and take you where you need to go, you will grow in understanding of these parts of yourself, you will understand what they have been waiting to offer you and tell you, and most empowering of all, you can watch them transform once they have served their purpose of giving you of their wisdom, re-connecting you to your soul, your heart..

I stay with you moment to moment with whatever surfaces, we discover what’s going on rather than what you think is going on – the mind is so good at labelling it ‘headache’ or ‘sciatica’ or ‘depression’ and then it’s boxed in and solidified in the body and attracting to it the energy of that label, that body of energy.

This work is empowering, it works on trusting the spirit of your body, the messages your body wants to tell you, listening to parts of you that want to be heard and expressed.  IF a pain remains, there is information to be mined, information JUST FOR YOU! Not that your mind invents or I psychically tell you is there, but what is actually there – and to waiting to be  discovered in the moment.

‘Well… what can I do? OK…So… here’s the thing….

What if we didn’t have to LOOK for it? What if we simply had to tap into the ENERGY of PURPOSE actively, consciously and regularly, and ALLOW its energy to CARRY US?

So here’s what you can do… consciously, regularly and actively and whenever you think of it…

…ALLOW the energy of your purpose to fill your BEING, give it pride of place, feel its buoyancy growing within you, and before long you will find its momentum simply carries you ♥

I will ‘hold’ you and stay present with you in each moment as you discover and relate to whatever is most hurting or ready to shift or be seen, we may dialogue with it or simply stay with it as it surfaces, gives you its wisdom and raison d’etre, and then watching as it gently transforms…

If there are stuck places, shock or trauma from the past that need big shifting- for example that have happened to you or come down from your family tree or DNA, I will bring in the energy to clear and release them at their root cause level once we have heard/felt why they are there and what they want to tell you – there may be times of quiet when it’s simply about you receiving the healing love at the exact vibration you need as I transfer it from my heart to yours, and at the end it’s best if you can allow 20mins to half an hour to relax and simply absorb all the healing energy.

Everyone has their own totally unique experience.  There’s no need to get it right or wrong.  Just bring an open-ness to what is there and what needs to happen, and we will simply attend to ‘what is’ with the greatest love and compassion together.

The ‘pain’ causing ‘thing’ is like a failing propeller. Just when you think it’s gone away, it sparks back into life to bug us, mash us up, and then cunningly keeps turning in the background in just enough intensity that we can’t avoid it.

‘If only I was free of this issue!’ we say. ‘If only this pain would go away!’ We suffer, we struggle. Many of us simply get used to it and the limitations it imposes on our lives.

After all, we reason, if the propeller is causing this much pain in its weak state, can you imagine what havoc it would wreak inside me if I ever allowed it to function on FULL power? ‘I must get rid of this propeller.’ So we find a way of incapacitating the propeller, distracting ourselves so we don’t think about it, or finding a way to surgically remove it (literally, sometimes!!!)

Yet, what if this propeller was only causing pain BECAUSE our fear is keeping it in a weakened state? What if it WAS possible to experience it full on?

…And what if allowing this propeller full and free passage through us, even for a moment, could provide the power for the healing and transformation we need to finally happen?

You may have heard of the Hare and the Tortoise, but, today I give you…

The Hare and the Pigeon

One day the Hare challenged the Pigeon to a race. The starting gun sounded and off they went… the Hare leaping ahead and the pigeon following behind.

After a while the Hare was so far in the lead, he decided to settle down for a good rest, and even when he woke up, there was no sign of the Pigeon, so he set off again lickety spit, and reached the finish line to sit and wait for his tardy competitor.

Several hours later, The Hare heard a scratching noise on the road and looked up to see the Pigeon hobling towards him, his claws gnarled and bleeding.

When he finally reached the finish line, the Hare looked at him and said ‘What’s up with you? What took you so long?’

‘I thought it was a walking race,’ said the Pigeon.
